Sea Life Brighton

SeaLife is in Brighton, around seventeen miles from Wild Boar Wood Campsite.

The aquarium is a small but fascinating place. It is the oldest operating aquarium in the world and the Victorian architecture of the building will delight you just as much as its inhabitants.

There are over 3500 creatures at Sealife Brighton so you’ll have plenty to see if you visit. The aquarium operates feeding times, talks, behind the scenes tours, glass bottom boats and everyone’s favourite – the shark tunnel.

It is a fairly small aquarium so won’t take up a huge amount of your day. But it’s a lovely thing to do for a couple of hours if you’re planning a trip into the city from the campsite. They have a coffee shop, gift shop and photo opportunities, so you can even take a magnet home with your face on!
