Explore the forest, relax around the campfire and sleep (almost) under the stars with a stay at Wild Boar Wood Campsite. Set in a private five-acre woodland near Haywards Heath, our small off-grid campsite offers a fantastic option for those looking for West Sussex glamping close to London, Brighton and the South Coast. The campsite has nine bell tents tucked away among the trees and opens from April to October.
Just wanted to say I’ve never camped anywhere more beautiful, so creatively designed it felt magical. If Narnia has been a woodland this would be it ( and even the wardrobe would have been exquisitely designed) Thank you for a marvellous stay.Fiona
Reluctant to review because we don’t want the secret to get out about the campsites – they are too good to become too popular!! Such a fantastic time last weekend at Wild Boar Wood as we’ve had before (despite the weather!)Luke and Kelly do an amazing job caring for the woodland campsite and on hand for any assistance. Really good for the soul a stay here! Will be back.Liz
We visited with our 3 and a half year old, and just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay, just a shame we could only stay for one night!!
It was our sons first camping trip, and he absolutely loved being in the outdoors: building fires, walking around the woods and playing in the field. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, and we’ll definitely be back!
Thank you so much for such an enjoyable break away!Sophie and family

It’s always worth checking online to see if our campsites have any last minute camping or bell tents available for glamping. Although our campsites are very popular and often booked up well in advance, we do sometimes have last minute cancellations.Read more
