Hammock Camping Pitch
Our best value pitches, the hammock camping pitches are set within a section of our 600 acre woodland, with space for 2 to 4 hammocks to be put up in the area. Located past the faraway pitches area on the end of the campsite. You’ll of course have your own firepit and new for 2026, a picnic table, but do expect a slightly longer walk from the car park and facilities. Wheelbarrows are provided to assist you. We also have a number of other forest tent pitches that are suitable for hammocks and allow you to pitch a tent alongside. To book these please contact the office to find the best option for you.
The two main hammock pitches are marked as H1 and H2 down the bottom of the campsite map – and in the 2026 season we plan to introduce some more lovely spots for our hammock campers.
Please note: Hammock pitches are empty pitches only. You must bring your own hammock and suspension straps. No hammocks are provided.
